As HR Manager, you will guide the organization through transformation, while managing a team of 7 professionals in various countries. We are hiring for an HR leader for Europe who will translate global strategies into local actionable plans. 

In addition, you will support our organization by providing excellent HR services across the European organization and drive for continuous improvement. You will manage the entire HR cycle: recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Workers Council, payroll, and global HR projects. You will be a trusted partner between our headquarters and European teams and support a positive and effective working climate.
