I was born in Indonesia and grew up in the Netherlands, which explains my name: Ningsih Heisterkamp. In 2020, I moved from Amsterdam (the Netherlands) to Belgium.
With dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Management, I intentionally chose a career in Human Resources. My goal is to help and coach business leaders and CEO’s to achieve their objectives while guiding candidates to find the right job.
For 20 years, I have worked with professionals from various nationalities, levels, and disciplines. This, and my experience in international schools, have deepened my cultural sensitivity. I have experience driving recruitment initiatives in start-ups, scale-ups, and multinationals undergoing transformations in Europe, EMEA, the US, and Mexico. I have successfully headhunted both white-collar and blue-collar candidates across the profit and non-profit sectors.
What drives me is simplifying complexity while maintaining transparency with all stakeholders. I build connections transparently. I am energetic, empathetic, pragmatic, analytical, and methodical. I love empowering others, whether in an HR assignment, a coaching session, or even on the field as team captain playing hockey.
Practicing judo (1989-1998) instilled in me discipline and sparked my competitive spirit: I always strive for excellence!
