Global Solutions Manager - Horticulture
Are you an experienced horticulture lighting professional who understands both the technology and the business behind it? Are you ready to shape the future of horticulture applications on a global scale?
As Global Solution Manager – Horticulture, you will lead the global Horticulture Applications business, driving strategy, growth and innovation. You will translate market and customer needs into competitive solutions, define product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, and drive product development and market adoption. Working closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and other teams, you will also oversee pricing, profitability and P&L performance while developing a strong global application team.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Applications in Italy and have a dotted-line reporting to the GM Europe in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

You will also form a crucial bridge between our stakeholders and the AI Lab. You will take the Lab’s most promising prototypes and, together with the team, turn them into stable, scalable applications that can be used in everyday practice.
