Front Office Employee (BE)

Aldhem Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Employee who makes a difference for our international guests. For this position, hospitality experience is not required.

Aldhem Hotel is an international business hotel, beautifully located in the heart of the Kempen region (Grobbendonk). With a wide range of national and international guests, we offer a dynamic workplace where hospitality, communication, and coordination are central.

What will you do?

• You are the first point of contact for our guests: friendly, helpful, and professional.

• You actively contribute to guest satisfaction and service quality.

• You handle inquiries, phone calls, and reservations efficiently.

• You ensure smooth check-in & check-out and accurate administrative follow-up.

• You work closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and management to coordinate everything perfectly.

• You work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

What do you bring?

• Hospitality experience is not required, but willingness and flexibility to learn are essential.

• You speak fluent Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).

• You are customer-oriented, strong in communication, and able to handle pressure well.

• You have a professional appearance and a strong sense of responsibility.

• You are available for 30 or 38 hours per week.
