HR Manager Europe (DE) Full-time: 3 days onsite
Do you want to write the next chapter of HR Leadership in the European region and deliver high quality HR services across Europe? As HR Manager, you will guide the organization through transformation, while managing a team of 7 professionals in various countries. We are hiring for an HR leader for Europe who will translate global strategies into local actionable plans.
In addition, you will support our organization by providing excellent HR services across the European organization and drive for continuous improvement. You will manage the entire HR cycle: recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Workers Council, payroll, and global HR projects. You will be a trusted partner between our headquarters and European teams and support a positive and effective working climate.
What you’ll bring:
A completed bachelor’s degree: having a degree in HR is a plus
Proven track record as HR manager Team leader; experience in managing a small international team
Capable of driving HR initiatives during transformations
Experience with the German Workers Council. Affiliation with EU labor laws
Business fluency in German and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of standing ground on key decisions while maintaining collaborative relationships; capable of delivering results in a changing environment
Experience with HRIS software and data analysis; good Excel skills
Detail-oriented and capable of managing the helicopter view in various countries
Proven track record in project management: task-oriented and organizational skills
