Fulltime: Treviso, Italy
We are looking for an experienced Customer Quality Assurance Manager to lead our European customer quality operations from our Treviso office. This is a unique opportunity to lead our quality transformation as we evolve from product supplier to lighting solutions partner in Europe.
You will manage a team of five quality professionals (Field Quality Engineers and Lab Technicians) within a committed team in a recognised Center of Excellence, supported by state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction across our lighting driver and power supply business for our international clients. You will drive continuous improvement of customer quality processes, focusing on efficiency, root cause resolution, and long-term quality performance.

You will focus on:
Customer Complaint Management (Europe): Coordinate and resolve technical customer complaints, providing expert support and clear communication throughout the process.
Warranty & Technical Analysis: Lead root cause analysis of returned products, deliver technical reports, and manage product replacements, including cost-effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and internal teams to address customer needs, monitor quality KPIs, and drive customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvements, proactively addressing risks to enhance product and service performance.
Drive internal resources across multiple departments to respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels; while fostering alignment among internal stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, quality management or related technical field or higher.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in the lighting or electronics industry.
Strong technical background in power electronics or LED driver technology
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal, any additional European languages is a plus. International working experience.
